Paté d’Olives

These jars of exquisite olive pastes are a must in every pantry cupboard!

Vacuum sealed and ready to pop open anytime, they deliver a pure olive punch whenever you need it.

The green olive paste is produced from the Arbequina olive. This little olive is highly aromatic and locally grown throughout Catalonia.

The black olive paste is produced from the highly prized Empeltre olive, grown in Aragon.

Our NEW black spicy paste has been prepared with black olives from Aragon, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, hot pepper and salt to give dishes a unique and tasty kick of flavour.

Another NEW addition - green provenza paste is the perfect provenzal combination gathered in a green olive paté - a great choice that goes with all your dishes.

Important:
This component uses Transforms (Move Down 100%) to hide and show modal (on Tablet) so that filters apply once the user hits the apply button (optimal UX). Using the display: hidden will prevent the apply button from working.

To show and hide the modal for editing purposes on Tablet:
  • Select the filters2_filters-wrapper inside the parent div filters2_layout div.
  • Hit the Hide button and it will show (yes this is counterintuitive).

Our Olive Grove

We have an olive grove, and we love it. It had been abandoned for many years, and it has been fun, but hard work restoring it. There is still lots to be done to return it to it’s original state, but each year a few more trees are brought back into production.

We are very careful how we farm, never using herbicides, only using an organic insecticide when necessary. Organic fertilizer is used, and the grass and herbs are controlled by mowing. Wildlife in all shapes and form is an extremely important and enjoyable part of our finca.
