Our own single estate extra virgin olive oils from our own olive grove and two estates close by, in Catalonia, Northern Spain
Catalonia is famed for its smooth fruity oils, which are not too strong or peppery.
Our own unfiltered oil is produced from hand picked olives, which are traditionally cold pressed, to produce an authentic, fruity, unfiltered oil. Our single estate oils all come with recognition for quality. We are able to converse in Catalan and have become good friends with the families. We know the area and the mills that produce the oil, and we are proud to be able to bring them to you.

Our Olive Grove
We have an olive grove, and we love it. It had been abandoned for many years, and it has been fun, but hard work restoring it. There is still lots to be done to return it to it’s original state, but each year a few more trees are brought back into production.
We are very careful how we farm, never using herbicides, only using an organic insecticide when necessary. Organic fertilizer is used, and the grass and herbs are controlled by mowing. Wildlife in all shapes and form is an extremely important and enjoyable part of our finca.
